Eligibility
Applicants should have at least ten years of senior leadership experience, a demonstrated record of impact, alignment with a programme pathway and the capacity to contribute meaningfully to a high-trust cohort.
Selection
Applications are first assessed against eligibility requirements. The final shortlist is reviewed by a Selection Panel considering strategic judgement, institutional readiness, leadership maturity and potential contribution to the cohort.
